Time zones

Consignments are delivered to Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Panevezys, Alita and Riga within the time intervals defined by the recipient:

8-14 h 14-17 h 18-22 h
8 9 10 11 12 13 14 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22

Consignment can also be delivered on Saturdays.

C.O.D. service

Upon delivery, the recipient is offered an opportunity to pay for the delivered goods in cash. The money we thus receive will then be transferred to your current account.

Service of the covering document to the sender

You can provide a covering document to go with your consignment note (a lease agreement, a loan agreement or any other contracts) that will be served by the courier to the recipient for signing and returned to you the next business day.

Recipient identification

Upon delivery, we can check the recipient’s identity by seeing the recipient’s ID or, if necessary, take a photo of such documents and send it to the sender or the financial institution.

Packaging of the returned goods

Returned or warranty goods are packed in a way that makes sure that the seller’s products retain the trade qualities thereof (clothes, phones, computers, etc.).

Loading and unloading

Out-of-gauge and heavy items (white household appliances, mattresses, furniture, etc.) are delivered by two employees, making sure that the products reach the destination specified by your customer.

P.O.D.

We offer you the opportunity to monitor the information regarding the consignment, the time of delivery, the recipient’s name, surname and signature (P.O.D., the Proof of Delivery) at any moment. Search may be carried out by bill number, lease agreement number or other numbers.

Consignment & COD reports

The system stores the information on all consignments, giving you the opportunity to monitor and analyse the information about your freight, any goods delivered, redirected or returned and the reasons for such action. Current reports summarize the received COD amounts and inform you of the price of the scope services provided by Venipak that you have used by the moment.

The „Venipak” module for electronic shops

Description of functions

  • Clients can use services of the „VENIPAK” courier service in all territories of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
  • The module is provided for the trading companies, whose business activity is focused on the markets of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
  • The trading companies, having concluded the agreements with „VENIPAK” concerning providing electronic service, will be able to send the data on dispatches to the „VENIPAK” server and to print out from the PDF files the  stickers for dispatches carried out by „VENIPAK” from the administration control panel Magento.
  • The trading companies, having concluded the agreement with „VENIPAK” concerning providing electronic service, will be able to send data on dispatches on the VENIPAK server and to print out from the PDF file the cargo declaration (the so-called manifesto of sending) from the administration control panel Magento.
  • The trading companies, having concluded the agreement with „VENIPAK” concerning providing electronic service, will be able to call the courier of “VENIPAK” for dispatch acceptance, having used the administration control panel  Magento.
  • The trading companies will have the opportunity to establish the prices for various dispatches, the maximum size of weight of dispatch and the price based on which the delivery of dispatch can be free of charge, separately for delivery to each state.
  • The module gives the opportunity to provide different warehouses for delivery from which couriers will take away the dispatches.
